Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

    We accept returns for all products within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  2. Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and detailed return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by us for all eligible returns.
  3. Refund Processing

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued in USD (United States Dollar) to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  4. Non-Refundable Items

    Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, following the same refund timeframe outlined above.
